Categories classification function can sort the name cards alphabetically by name, company, address or any other fields. You can add a note to a card too. You can also send e-mail directly to desired business card contacts or send their name cards to someone. Its a Data Exchange function let you Export/Import/Sync contacts to/from/with Outlook, Outlook Express, Lotus Notes and even to your PDA and mobile phones.
