Sixteen LED bulbs are put on every vest, can be operated in two modes( normal lighting and flashing). Invisable in more than 1000 meters. They are powered by a common mobilephone rechargeable battery, easy to be charged.
2. Luminescent meterial.
Special evironment friendly material is put in the strip, it can absorb natural light, and glows in the dark, no need any power, can be a great help when the battery is empty.
Reflecting material.
3. With reflecting material, person with the vest can be easily noticed and make others more carefully in taking measures.
