The device use the non-powered air damping cycloid structure, enhance the use of the equipment of stability and security, very different from the normal gear joggle structure of tower landing gear, avoid deformation when the gear in high temperatures, high pressure, the use of long-term or repeated, resulting in the mechanical structure scrapped problems. The system is equipped with two ropes from the repeated use, avoid the traditional tower landing gear that one gear only can be used once.
The central-computer can real-time monitor many life-saving devices' work state at one time. When cut down the power of life-saving device, the computer can alarms by sound or light, show the location of the intelligent life-saving device, voice query, print the state log, what is more to discriminate whether the device is authorized used or not. If it is used in non-authorized, the central-computer will lock the life-saving equipment and prevent the non-authorized actions. If in this time fire, earthquakes or other sudden events happend, the central-computer will automatic release all of intelligent life-saving equipments.
