The respirators are CE certified to the new EN149:2001 standard for use against both solid and liquid aerosols. Active carbon layer can absorb more particles.
They offer all the same design features as the FFP1 range but with increased filtering efficiency and are suitable for protection from low to average toxicity contaminants in concentrations up to 12 x OEL (Occupational Exposure Limit) or 10 x APF (Assigned Protection Factor).
