DNZ's chopped copper fibre, brass fibre and aluminium fibre are specially developed irregular fibre powder. Lower melting point and hardness, better heat conductivity compared with steel fibre allows them hundreds of application in friction industry to stabilize friction factor and reduce wear. During braking process, heat-sinking capacity is greatly improved since metal softening process absorbs most heat from braking, and the softened metal could infiltrate brake surface squamosely to replace part of burnt binder, this improved braking capacity and prevent metal hot spot.
DNZ's chopped copper fibre, brass fibre and aluminium fibre are in accordance with common international standards, they are widely used in brake manufacturing of motorcycles, automobiles, trains and planes.
