This system are able to real-time monitor all the vehicles which are in the region of management all daylong and provision characters of the vehicle plate using cutting-edge Optoelectronic technology, industry computer, vehicles examination and image processing technology, at the same time recognize, save and deal with all the information containing words, number and color of the car license.
Main function:
1. DVRS can real-time monitor all the passing vehicles, time of recognition is less than 10ms
2. System can accurate capture vehicle Characteristic picture, and label for it, which is containing time, place, vehicle speed, travel direction and ext. The recognition rate system if over 99%.
3. For every vehicle, information saved in the system containing one photo (feature article and completely for the vehicle) and entire video recording
4. Advanced recognize technology, accurate and high recognize, high precision for vehicle rate, the error is less than 5% when the speed is in scope of 40km/h
5. Automatic vehicle plate recognition. System can automatic recognize the type ( civil vehicle, police vehicle, army vehicle and so on) and the color of vehicle plate, the whole recognition rate of system if over 97% in daytime and 95 % at night.
6. Blacklist vehicle can be established. There will be alarm voice as soon as the blacklist vehicle is passing monitored place, at the same send the alarm information to monitor center
7. Using our Independent development CCD control system, problem of dazzling, glare and reversed light is solved through conveniently control camera parameter.
8. The technology use to check the sensitivity of cars will be automatic updated(30%--50%), which is effectively for detecting high chassis vehicles
9. Recognition computer can easily send data to center computer through LAN or Internet.
10. System can provide charging voice and video recording
11. Automaticly produce day report form, month report form, quarter form and annual report.
